METHOD:--
1. Grind the above ingredients ina mixer jar.
METHOD OF SEASONING:--
2. Place a pan switch on the stove.
3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil.
4. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chilli, urad dal, garlic (optional), curry leaves and Hing.
5. Ready to serve. Can be served with Rice, Idly, Dosa, Upma and Chapati.
